Phanom Rung Historical Park

Phanom Rung is probably the most impressive and significant of the Khmer temples that can be found in Buriram province, Thailand. It was constructed in Angkor style during the 10th until the 13th century . It was a Hindu shrine dedicated to Shiva, and symbolizes Mount Kailash, his heavenly dwelling.

The pavilion  of the Phanom Rung  temple the place where kings and the royal family would gather before rituals.
