Prasat Hin Phimai Historical Park

The Phimai historical park is one of the largest Khmer temples of Thailand. It is located in the town of Phimai, Nakhon Ratchasima province.  Most buildings are from the late 11th to the late 12th century, built in the Baphuon, Bayon and Angkor Wat style. The temple was built as a Buddhist temple  since the inhabitants of the Khorat area had been Buddhists as far back as the 7th century.

Stamp featuring  the Naga Bridge, leading to the southern outer monumental entrance tower.  Rail Bridge was built as a body of serpent king both side. This bridge are believed to be the symbol of Connection Bridge of human word and heaven from mythology in Hinduism and Buddhism.
