To celebrate the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the Thai postal service and postage stamps, and to publicize the Bangkok 2003 World Philatelic Exhibition which was held from 4 to 13 October 2003 at the Impact Convention Center. Logo of the World Philatelic Exhibition and attractive tourist spots from the 4 regions of Thailand: Doi Inthanon in Chiang Mai, River Kwai Bridge in Kanchanaburi, Phu Kradeung in Loei, and Maya Bay in Krabi.
