Thai Heritage Conservation- Prasat Phanom Rung

Khmer-Thai. Literally Prasat Phanom Rung means ‘Rainbow Hill Palace’, but it is usually translated as ‘Palace on the Great Hill’. It is the name of an ancient Khmer temple in the province of Buriram, situated at 383 meter above sea level and constructed between the 10th and 13th centuries AD.
