Yandangshan Mountain is located in the northeast coast of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, bordering the East China Sea. It is a famous resort in China. Ever since Ming Dynasty it has been nicknamed the “famous Mountain by the sea" and boasting "the best scenery in China". In the 1930s, a German geologist wrote about this place, describing this mountain as beautiful as the mountains of Switzerland.
Yantang Mountain Xianshengmen Scenic Area is known as the first gate in the world. There are more than a dozen scenic spots called "gates" in Yandang Mountain, and Xianshengmen is the most. The two cliffs of Xianshengmen are two hundred meters high, and the distance between them is only a few meters.
