Mount Jiuhua, located at Qingyang County, Chizhou City of Anhui Province, is one of the four sacred Buddhist mountains in China. Mount Jiuhua is dedicated to Ksitigarbha , a bodhisattva and protector of beings in hell realms according to Mahayana Buddhist tradition. This holy land is reputed as “Buddhist Heaven for Lotus Flowers”. Stamp featuring the c located at the center area of Huacheng basin.
