Stamps illustrations : 

1. Eiichi Shibusawa: Born in 1840 (Tenpo 11) in Chiaraijima, Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture. He made an effort to support the social and public works projects and private diplomacy. He died in 1931 (Showa 6).
2. Bell of Time: In Kawagoe City, the "Kurazukuri Townscape" still remains, and in 1999 (Heisei 11), it was selected as the "Important Traditional Buildings Preservation District" of the country, and in 2007 (Heisei 19). In the year, it was selected as one of the "100 Beautiful Historical Climates of Japan". In 1996 (Heisei 8), Kawagoe's symbol "Toki no Kane" was selected as one of the "100 Soundscapes of Japan" sponsored by the Environment Agency.
3. Saitama Stadium 2002: At the 2002 World Cup soccer tournament, "Saitama Stadium 2002" was the venue for four games including the semi-finals. It was completed in July 2001 as Japan's largest soccer-specific stadium with seats for 63,700 spectators.
4. Chichibu Night Festival:Chichibu Shrine's annual festival "Chichibu Night Festival", which is a specialty of Chichibu City, has a history of more than 300 years and is counted as one of the three major Hikiyama festivals in Japan along with the Kyoto Gion Festival and Hida Takayama Festival. .. Two floats and four stalls (nationally important tangible folk cultural property) are tossed around the town by beating the brave stalls.

Kangiin Kumagaya: Menuma Shodenzan Kangiin, located in Kumagaya City, is known as one of Japan's three major sacred heavens, and its main shrine, Seitendo, was rebuilt in 1760 (Horeki 10). It is a full-scale decorative building reminiscent of Nikko Toshogu, and was called "Saitama Nikko" because of its sophistication, and was designated as a national treasure in 2012 (Heisei 24).
6. Saitama Kofun Group (Maruhakayama Kofun):The Saitama Kofun Group consists of nine large burial mounds located in Gyoda City, Saitama Prefecture. Maruhakayama Kofun is famous as Japan's largest circular burial mound with a diameter of 105m. The height of the burial mound is the highest in the Saitama Kofun group, just like a mountain. In recent years, Yoshino cherry trees planted by locals in the past have grown and are popular as a famous place for cherry blossoms.
